are owned by or licensed to JDE Growth Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing or receiving access to our content gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the content for your own learning.

You may not, without written permission:

• Share login credentials

5. Community Conduct

JDE Growth Hub is intended to provide a professional, respectful and supportive learning environment.

Users must not:

• Spam other members
• Misrepresent their identity
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Share another person's private information without permission

6. Payments

Prices will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, prices may be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

Where a specific product, workshop, event or personalized service clearly states different refund conditions before purchase, those stated conditions may apply to that offering.

8. Access to Digital Products

Access duration may vary depending on the membership, course or product purchased.

Any reference to “lifetime access” means access for the commercial lifetime of that particular product or platform offering and does not represent the lifetime of the purchaser.

We may update, replace, improve or discontinue specific materials where reasonably necessary.

9. Live Programs and Schedule Changes

Dates, trainers, topics, formats or timings of masterclasses, workshops, bootcamps or community sessions may occasionally change due to operational circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, participants will be informed of significant changes.

We may provide an alternative date, recording or other reasonable solution where appropriate.

10. Recordings

Certain masterclasses, workshops, coaching sessions and community sessions may be recorded.

These recordings may be made available to eligible members or participants.

Participants should avoid sharing confidential or sensitive personal information during recorded public or group sessions.

11. Testimonials and Success Stories

Testimonials and success stories represent the experiences of individual participants.

They do not constitute guarantees that another participant will achieve the same or similar outcome.

Where testimonials, interviews or member stories are used for promotional purposes, appropriate permission will be obtained where required.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Some of our services may rely on external platforms for payments, video conferencing, learning delivery, communication, forms, email or other functionality.

JDE Growth Hub is not responsible for temporary interruptions, policy changes or technical issues caused solely by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided for educational and professional-development purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JDE Growth Hub shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Where liability can legally be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular paid service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access where a user:

• Engages in fraudulent activity
• Misuses community access
• Illegally redistributes our intellectual property
• Creates a serious security or safety issue

Where practical and appropriate, we may first communicate with the user before taking action.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or services provided by JDE Growth Hub shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
